The clearance program
Every passenger completes screening at one of eight TELETREKS clinics (Cape Canaveral, Baikonur, Tanegashima, Kourou, Mumbai, Nairobi, Sydney, Reykjavik). The program includes bone-density baselines, cardiovascular stress tests under simulated g-loads, radiation education, and zero-gravity acclimatization.
What we screen for
- Undiagnosed cardiac arrhythmia or untreated hypertension
- Severe osteoporosis or recent fractures incompatible with landing loads
- Uncontrolled psychiatric conditions that impair judgment under stress
- Medications that interact with cryo-preservatives (full list provided at intake)
Cryo-specific
Elective cryo-sleep requires additional vascular imaging and metabolic panels. If you opt for awake transit, you will still complete baseline labs — different risks, same rigor.
