Emergency Protocols

Calm is a protocol. So is knowing who to call before you need them.

On Earth or in orbit (pre-launch)

Medical emergency: alert terminal staff immediately — automated external medkits are located every 50 meters in TELETREKS facilities. Fire or depressurization: follow illuminated strips to the nearest shelter; do not attempt to retrieve cargo.

During flight

Passengers follow crew instructions without exception. Alarm signals and light codes are explained during boarding. Hull breach, radiation storm, or life-support degradation trigger automated isolation of compartments and staged power-downs.

Priority beacon codes

Families on Earth

In a declared emergency, next-of-kin on file receive status updates through the secure Family Portal. For general inquiries, Contact Mission Control — reference passenger ID only.

Post-incident reviews are published in aggregate in our Safety Record bulletins.
